Get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) BEFORE returning any items. To get an RMA, simply contact customer support.
Why do I need to include the RMA information when returning items?
- Always ensure items are being returned in their original packaging

- Please ensure that no tape or other materials may damage the packaging label with the item number and barcode. Without intact label, such items may not be deemed in resalable condition.
- Include RMA barcode form with items being returned.
- Ensure items are properly packaged to as to prevent damage while in transit.
